St Lawrence Catholic Secondary School Silver Jubilee Celebrations

St Lawrence Girls Catholic Secondary School, a private owned education institution by the Diocese of Chikwawa, will this year celebrate 25 years of service to the nation. The Silver Jubilee Celebrations mark a big milestone for the institution and the Diocese as it recalls the tremendous successes it has recorded in educating girls from the lower Shire valley and beyond. MSCE Mock Exam Timetable

The Catholic Education Commission of the Diocese of Chikwawa is pleased to announce that it will administer mock examinations for Malawi School Certificate Examinations for all catholic secondary schools in the designated centers. The examinations will run from Monday 28th April to Friday 9th May 2025.

Registration for ECM Entrance Examinations

The Education Commission of the Diocese of Chikwawa under the Social Services Directorate, wishes to announce that the process for registration for 2025 ECM entrance examinations will now commence. The process will be done in the following: Sensitization and registration period will run from 20/20/2025 to 13/04/2025 Registration to be done through catechists who will be mandated by their parish priests Examination fee is K 7, 000.00 to rise to K 14, 000.00 upon being successful from the pretest examinations. Fees to be deposited in the Education account to be provided upon registration. examination dates: Pre Test examination on 21st April 2025. NB: Those who will seek places of school at our catholic secondary school in the Diocese will pay K15,000.00 examination fee through the Education Commission and shall hence forth sit for entrance examinations.
